Cancellation policy
Please note that an order cannot be canceled after it has been placed, regardless of the reason. This policy is in effect for the following reasons:
Immediate processing
Our fulfillment system begins processing your order immediately once it is confirmed. This includes, among other things, picking, packing, and scheduling the shipment. This process cannot be paused or reversed.
Stock reservation
Each confirmed order reserves specific stock that is therefore no longer available to other customers. Cancellation at this stage disrupts inventory management and the efficiency of order processing.
Changes to your order
Although cancellation is not possible, we can in some cases still assist you with minor adjustments, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible adjustments include:

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to request a change. While we cannot guarantee that all changes are possible, we will do our utmost to assist you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
