How to place an order

For security reasons, we do not accept orders by phone. Follow the steps below to place an order:

  1. Go to the product page of the item you want to order.

  2. Select the desired quantity and click “Add to cart”.

  3. Create an account or log in to your existing account.

  4. Check or enter your shipping address and payment details during checkout.

  5. Complete the order by confirming the details and completing the payment.

We currently deliver to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada and United States. Delivery times for international orders may vary slightly depending on the destination and any customs processing.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. You can track your order via:

  1. The link “View order status” in the shipping confirmation email.

  2. Entering your track & trace number on the carrier's website (such as Australia Post or DHL Express).

Please note: refused or uncollected packages will not be resent or refunded. 

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
Note: If the customer refuses delivery or does not pick up their order within the specified period (usually 5-7 days), we (sellers) are not responsible for the refusal of delivery and cannot provide a refund.

Address change

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service via

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
